Rhonda Parris Biographical Information
Rhonda’s mission is to bridge the gap between men and women, nations, generations, and the body of Christ aligning into “one heart” according to
Jeremiah 32:38-39. “They shall be My people, and I will be their God; then I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear Me forever, for the good of them and their children after them.”Rhonda Parris is called to the pulpit as well as to prayer. She endeavors to ignite the body of Christ to prayer. She is a part of the Women’s Coalition of Leaders (in cooperation with Global Action), which is an inter-denominational global-minded group of leaders whose mission is to ignite Christian women to be women of prayer, care, and sharing. She is formerly the State Coordinator of the “One Heart” Prayer Movement for Western North Carolina. She presently serves on the International General Assembly Prayer Committee for her denomination.
Rhonda Parris is the State Girls Ministries Coordinator for her denomination in Northern Ohio. She is also the coordinator of the “FUSION” Student Leadership / Apprenticeship Teams for Northern Ohio. She is presently launching a Student Prayer Force Movement. She has served in similar roles in Western North Carolina, Virginia, & Louisiana.
A college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Rhonda graduated summa cum laude. She earned a Master of Education in Guidance Counseling from Lincoln Memorial University. Rhonda has taught in public elementary and middle schools. She has also served as a Middle School and Junior High Guidance Counselor. She also enjoys writing articles and curriculum for church magazines and publications. She is a contributing author in the new International Girls YLM curriculum, “The YLM Connection ... Relationships and Beyond” as well as the new Pre-School Girls Clubs Curriculum. She has written articles for the "Lighted Pathway Magazine", "Leadership Magazine", "Unique Magazine" and "Insight Magazine."
Rhonda enjoys speaking to groups of all ages, in churches and seminars on the local, state, and international level (to men, women & students). She endeavors to allow the Holy Spirit to flow freely through her as she operates in His gifting. She is an encourager in the Body of Christ and allows the Lord to use her. She speaks in a variety of settings: Sunday Worship Services, Church wide Revival Meetings; International, State and Local Women’s Ministries Seminars and Conferences; Retreats; Camp Meetings; Banquets; Youth Leader Association Conferences; Girls Clubs Jamborees; Teacher Training/Christian Education Seminars; Abuse Awareness Seminars; Public School Assembly Programs; etc.

Rhonda is married to Rev. Randy Parris (State Youth & C.E. Director of Northern Ohio) and is the proud mother of Clay Parris (age 11) and Alysse Parris (age 8). She is the daughter of Bishop Walter & Oleda Atkinson, who have served at every level of leadership in her denomination.
Rhonda is the most proud of her relationship with her Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ. She accepted Him as her Lord and Savior as a very young girl, around the age of 6. In fact, she doesn’t remember a time when she wasn’t HIS.
