My name is Nita Scoggan. I've been a speaker for 20 years and enjoy mixing humor and training. My driving force is to help people and organizations reach their maximum potential and goals.

I am a professional member of the National Speakers Association and  the author of 15 books. I currently serve as President of the Advisory Board for Oakland City University,  Bedford, Indiana campus. I am a member of the faculty, teaching Business and  Liberal Arts courses. I am a speaker at chapel programs and other events.

I love America's flag and the freedoms we have. I retired after a 25-year career at the Pentagon, as a Research Analyst and Illustrator. Working for the military helped me to appreciate the dedication of our men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces. Few people realize what sacrifices they make to protect America, and serve as peacekeepers worldwide.

From1973-1993, I taught daily prayer and Bible study classes for women on staff at the Pentagon.  I  was credentialed for ministry by the Department of Defense Armed Forces Chaplains Board in Washington, D.C. God answered many prayers and exciting things happened as women gathered together at noon.
